Yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation.
A regular yoga practice balances serotonine, dopamine and GABA, the neurotransmitters that regulate mood, motivation, cravings, energy, libido, and sleep. In other words, yoga will improve your ability to focus, concentrate, recollect, learn and handle stress.
I grew up in Los Angeles and had a wide choice of teachers and styles to shape my practice. I felt so different from taking classes that I knew I wanted to offer that change to others.
I completed my 200-hour certifcation with a Zen Buddhist master in 2015.
